Text-A-Doula

Pregnancy Package: $400

For all those burning pregnancy questions, labour tips, and general support. Having a doula at your fingertips by text, email, and phone. Phone chats are scheduled and texts and emails are answered within 24 hours. Instead of turning to Google, chat with someone who has supported families in pregnancy, labour, and postpartum for over a decade. This package can begin at any point in pregnancy and finishes on your baby’s birthday. Book Now!

Postpartum Package: $400

Looking for support for all your newborn care and postpartum questions? Questions about breastfeeding, newborn sleep, and access to resources! After spending thousands of hours with newborn babies and mothers postpartum I have developed a wealth of information. This is unbiased support that meets you where you are at and respects your personal approach to parenting. Having a doula at your fingertips by text, email, and phone. Phone chats are scheduled and texts and emails are answered within 24 hours. This package is from birth to 12 weeks. Another package can be purchased to extend the support to 6 months. Book Now!

Virtual Prenatal Visits (non-medical): $150

1.5-2 hours of virtual support. These can be used to create a birth plan, discuss comfort techniques in labour, or cover any topics in pregnancy and postpartum you have burning questions about.


Postpartum Hours

 Postpartum Hours: $35 per hour (minimum 5 hours) - Available Weekends Only

 As a Certified Postpartum Doula I offer Postpartum hours that can be scheduled with a minimum of 5 hours per shift. Services offered postpartum include grocery shopping, light housework, laundry, care of older children (As long as you are in the home), help with baby care, and evidence-based information among other things.  This is an excellent way to enter into parenthood with the support you deserve Book Now!

 

 


Private Childbirth Education 

Private Childbirth Education: $150 Virtual (additional fuel charge if in person)

Includes 9 hours of Education. You decide based on your schedule how you would like to divide those hours up. This allows you to fit Childbirth Education into your busy schedule! There is a mileage cost is to account for the number of trips that are made by the to teach as well as your location. These classes are offered to rural families as well as in both Regina and Moosejaw. Mileage is free if classes purchased with a doula package. Book Now!


Private Newborn Care Class

Private Newborn Care Class: In person $125, Virtual $85

Includes 2 hours of Newborn Care Education. This class is available both via zoom and in person. Via zoom the cost is $40. In person there is a mileage cost is to account for the number of trips that are made by me as well as your location. These classes are offered to rural families as well as in both Regina and Moosejaw. Mileage is free if you purchase these classes with a doula package.  Book Now!


Planning a Cesarean Class: In Person $90, Virtual $50

Thirty percent of women in Canada are giving birth by cesarean section. Many of those having a cesarean know ahead of time! This class is specifically geared towards families planning for a cesarean. Whether it is your first cesarean or you are planning a repeat cesarean and you want to create a more personal experience we have you covered! In this 2 hour class, we will cover what is involved in a cesarean, your potential options, and postpartum recovery! You will leave this class with the knowledge needed to create a cesarean section birth plan with your care provider. Prairie Legacy Family Services provides the support you deserve and you deserve a class tailored to your birth experience! This class is typically 1-1.5 hours


Breastfeeding Class: In Person $90, Virtual $50

This class covers all the basics you need to know as you prepare for your breastfeeding journey.
