Basic Labour Package

Includes two prenatal appointments tailored specifically to your needs. A resource list for you to keep. On-call support by phone, text or email as often as you wish throughout your pregnancy. Access to my small library of books on birth and postpartum. This package includes and optional private breastfeeding class if you are planning to breastfeed. Support in early labour in your home. I will attend your birth and provide support during the birth as well as for 1-3 hours postpartum. One "check-in" postpartum visit the day after the birth and a 1-2 hour postpartum visit at your home once you are ready. Book Now!

Postpartum Hours

 As a Certified Postpartum Doula I offer Postpartum hours that can be scheduled with a minimum of 5 hours per shift. Services offered postpartum include grocery shopping, light housework, laundry, care of older children (As long as you are in the home), help with baby care, and evidence-based information among other things.  This is an excellent way to enter into parenthood with the support you deserve Book Now!

Labour & Postpartum Combination Package

Labour & Postpartum Combination Package

I offer a combination Labour and Postpartum Doula package. This package includes two prenatal appointments tailored specifically to your needs. A resource list for you to keep. Access to my small library of birth and postpartum books. This package includes and optional private breastfeeding class for if you are planning to breastfeed. On-call support by phone, text or email as often as you wish throughout your pregnancy. Support in early labour in your home. I will attend your birth and provide support during the birth as well as for 1-3 hours postpartum. In addition, it includes 20 hours of postpartum support.  Aside from an initial hospital visit of whatever length is necessary (if you want a hospital visit) the 20 hours must be used in a minimum of 5-hour shifts. Services offered postpartum include grocery shopping, light housework, laundry, care of older children (As long as you are in the home), help with baby care, and evidence-based information among other things.  This is an excellent way to enter into parenthood with the support you deserve.  Book Now!

Private Childbirth Education

Includes 9 hours of Education. You decide based on your schedule how you would like to divide those hours up. This allows you to fit Childbirth Education into your busy schedule! There is a mileage cost is to account for the number of trips that are made by the to teach as well as your location. These classes are offered to rural families as well as in both Regina and Moosejaw. Mileage is free if classes purchased with a doula package. Book Now!

Private Newborn Care Class

Includes 2 hours of Newborn Care Education. This class is available both via zoom and in person. Via zoom the cost is $40. In person there is a mileage cost is to account for the number of trips that are made by me as well as your location. These classes are offered to rural families as well as in both Regina and Moosejaw. Mileage is free if you purchase these classes with a doula package.  Book Now!

Get Sleep Package

Often the most challenging aspect of parenthood is the lack of sleep. We know that it's normal and healthy for babies to wake at night! At Prairie Legacy Family Services, I am all about practical solutions. Prairie Legacy Family Services provides real support in the form of a Certified Postpartum Doula. Someone you can trust to care for your baby while you rest. Someone with extensive experience working with postpartum families. The primary focus is always Mother and Baby, but often throughout shifts, there is time to (quietly!) get some light housework done. If you are thinking "I'm breastfeeding so this isn't an option for me" I'm happy to tell you that this support is for breastfeeding mothers too! I will bring your baby to you for feedings and then put your baby back to sleep after each feed. That means you don't need to get out of bed and you don't need to stay up until your baby is sleeping again! This package includes two 10 hour night shifts (9pm - 7pm) a week for 6 weeks. Book Now!

Planning a Cesarean Class

Thirty percent of women in Canada are giving birth by cesarean section. Many of those having a cesarean know ahead of time! This class is specifically geared towards families planning for a cesarean. Whether it is your first cesarean or you are planning a repeat cesarean and you want to create a more personal experience we have you covered! In this 2 hour class, we will cover what is involved in a cesarean, your potential options, and postpartum recovery! You will leave this class with the knowledge needed to create a cesarean section birth plan with your care provider. Prairie Legacy Family Services provides the support you deserve and you deserve a class tailored to your birth experience! This class is typically 1-1.5 hours

Breastfeeding Class

This class covers all the basics you need to know as you prepare for your breastfeeding journey.

Basic Belly Cast: $100        Painted Belly Cast: $150

This package includes one belly cast. The cast is dried and trimmed and left with you to paint or have painted.  For an additional $50 I can return your cast to you fully painted.  Book Now!
